COLLEGE STATION — The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office in Fisher County will host its Fall Field Day Nov. 6 at Church of Christ Fellowship Hall, 1701 S. First St. in Roby.

The field day will kick off at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at noon with lunch at Rough Creek BBQ. It will entail discussion topics such as food labeling, tax implications of drought sales, wild hog control and new cover crops.

This event is sponsored by Capital Farm Credit, First National Bank of Rotan, First Financial Bank of Roby and Hargrove Crop Insurance.

Cost is $10 and registration deadline is Oct. 31.
